For more than three decades, Redwood Meadows Tae Kwon Do has been a cornerstone of martial arts training in the Bragg Creek and Redwood Meadows communities. Led by a 7th Degree Black Belt instructor and supported by a team of experienced black belt instructors, Redwood Meadows Tae Kwon Do offers students of all ages a place to grow, challenge themselves, and discover the confidence that comes from disciplined practice.

At Redwood Meadows Tae Kwon Do, students learn far more than physical technique. Redwood Meadows Tae Kwon Do is also part of a broader martial arts community through United Traditional Tae Kwon Do Canada, giving students opportunities to participate in seminars, workshops, and tournaments across the country and around the world. This year, the school proudly sent a team to the 2026 Tae Kwon Do International World Cup, held in Lethbridge, Alberta — an event that brought together more than 500 competitors from over 15 countries.

Congratulations to our Redwood Meadows team, who faced outstanding competition. We are incredibly proud of every athlete for stepping onto the mats, giving their best, and representing our school with such strong spirit. Our team brought home four medals — an incredible achievement.
