Happy Thanksgiving! Over the past number of months, I’ve noticed a common theme with people, me included. It’s the feeling of having difficulty keeping all the things of life in motion. I’ve been reading a book entitled Basecamp Manifesto by Dr. Terrance C. Young which speaks about life being additive. He writes about our journey being like the analogy of a knapsack. We keep adding things in without concern of the accumulated weight of the pack. Maybe this fall is a time to do an assessment of what we’ve added to the pack, lighten our load, and regain the spring back into our stride.
