We’re excited to share that this Fall 2026, the Millarville Historical Society will open the Millarville Historical Society Museum in the upper mezzanine of the MRAS arena – a new space dedicated to preserving and celebrating our local history.

This will allow us to have our first ever Musuem in this area. The first Millarville Historical Society, members who authored the two history books in the 1970’s, dreamed of having a local museum for all to enjoy. Now this dream will be a reality and cherished for years to come.

Our dedicated directors have been working very diligently to finish constructing the new space, organizing our artifacts, photos, and stories so that we can provide a learning space for all ages.

Our 2026 MHS Events coming up:

Sept. 3 – MHS Annual General Meeting – renew your membership (Sept 1, 2026-August 31 2027) and celebrate with us on our accomplishments this year. See you at the Millarville Racetrack Hall at 6:30pm.

Sept. 17th- Millarville Community School 75th Birthday Celebration – as part of the school celebration, we are showcasing displays of the history of the Hamlet 3-6 pm at Millarville Community School

Oct. 3rd – Members Dinner at Millarville Racetrack Hall, excellent catered supper and two special local speakers who will share stories of 125 years of Ranching in our area, and Stampede Royalty celebrating their 80th Anniversary.
