Springbank Ladies Time Out invites new and returning members in the Calgary, Springbank and surrounding areas to meet new people, socialize and to participate in classes. The classes are held Monday mornings at the Eden Brook Reception Centre located on Lower Springbank Rd and 17th Ave SW. We are a not for profit club supporting women in our community. We are starting back up again and asking you to come and help us shape the new LTO. Bring your ideas and friends for a morning of renewal!
