SUMMER IN BRAGG CREEK IS CALLING
There’s just something about summer in Bragg Creek. Maybe it’s the sound of live music drifting through the trees, the smell of fresh coffee and barbecue, or the way the whole hamlet seems to come alive when the sun sticks around a little longer.
THANK YOU, BRAGG CREEK DAYS
A huge thank you to everyone who helped make Bragg Creek Days such a wonderful community event. From the parade and pancake breakfast to the market, live music, beer gardens, car show, family activities, and all the small-town magic in between, it was a weekend full of fun for locals and visitors alike.
Events like this only happen because of dedicated volunteers, local businesses, sponsors, and the BCCA planning committee, who put in countless hours behind the scenes to bring the weekend to life.
SUNDAYS = MARKET DAYS
Every Sunday until September 20, the Bragg Creek Farmers Market transforms the Community Centre grounds into a bustling hub of artisan finds, handmade goods, fresh baking, local produce, ready-to-eat favourites, and small-town charm. It’s the kind of market where you show up for one thing and leave with six – plus lunch and a new favourite local maker.
ADVENTURE, LEARN, UNWIND
Whether you’re looking for adventure, learning, movement, or a little well-earned rest and relaxation, Bragg Creek has plenty to offer kids and adults alike. Keep the kids active with Peak Ambition Summer Kids Camp at the Bragg Creek Community Centre, hit the trails with Alberta 66 Mountain Biking, explore Indigenous learning with Auntie School, head outdoors with Kananaskis Campground Services, build confidence with Kieran Keddle Academy, saddle up with Moose Mountain Horseback Adventures, cast a line with River People Guides, or enjoy a round at Wintergreen Golf. There are plenty of ways to move, play, explore, and recharge in Bragg Creek.
LIVE MUSIC, LOCAL NIGHTS
The music scene is stacked this summer, with regular live performances at Rockies Tavern & Grill and weekend shows at The Powderhorn Saloon keeping patios, dance floors, and local nights buzzing.
SAVE THE DATE: DAY OF THE HORSE FESTIVAL
On August 22, don’t miss the Day of the Horse Festival – a celebration of western heritage and equine culture featuring demonstrations, family activities, music, wagon rides, and the sunset Glow Ride Parade through the hamlet.
