Staging success is just one of the many ways we come together as a community to create fantastic events—not only for our own enjoyment, but also to welcome visitors to our special little corner of the world.
Bragg Creek Days has grown into a two-day celebration, not by leaps and bounds, but one stage at a time, building on the success of each year before. Loyal sponsors have stayed the course while new supporters have joined them. Dedicated volunteers continue to lend their time, talents, and enthusiasm, often bringing friends and family into the fold. And our staff remain the backbone of it all, there through thick and thin. Thank you.
Please take a moment to check out our Thank You ad in this edition and help us recognize our sponsors. We simply couldn’t do it without their generous support.
A special Bragg Creek Days thank you goes to the following for their in-kind donations and involvement this year:
Redwood Meadows Fire Department, Birgit of Korner Kitchen, High Country News, the Calgary Stampede Stage, Turkey & Pistols (Uncle Sawmill), Handle Bar, Bragg Creek Foods, Mabel & Marie’s, Rockies Tavern & Grill, Bob Cook, Sandstone Pharmacy, Mage Networks, Bragg Creek Wild, Cowboy Trail Car Club, Banded Peak Veterinary Hospital, Mark Kamachi, and every volunteer who showed up and helped put on a fantastic show!
A note from our Car Club partners: Thank you to everyone who helped make this year’s Cowboy Trail Car Club Show such a success. From our generous local business sponsors to the community members and volunteers who gave their time and energy, your support made it possible to welcome drivers, families, and visitors from near and far. We’re grateful for your commitment to Bragg Creek and to keeping our car culture alive and thriving.
To keep the good times rolling, the Farmers Market continues every Sunday through to September 20, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Stop by to find that special gift, pick up something delicious for dinner, or simply enjoy a visit with friends and neighbours. There’s always something new to discover and plenty of new vendors to meet.
Our Summer Kids Camps are going strong, and there’s still time to join the fun! Visit BraggCreekCA.com to register or check out our drop-in opportunities.
While staff are already planning exciting programming for the fall, let’s set that aside for a little while longer. Slow down, enjoy the sunshine, spend time with those around you, and appreciate this little slice of the world we’re fortunate enough to call home.
Whether you jump up on stage or take a seat in the back row, every person plays a part in what makes our community special. You define your own success, and together we continue to build something worth celebrating.
