XC Bragg Creek – Apr 2023

ANNUAL XC SKI COMPETITION RETURNS

XC Bragg Creek proudly hosted the 10th annual Alberta Youth Cross Country Ski Championships (AYC) in West Bragg Creek on March 4th and 5th. This amazing event featured close to 120 athletes, aged 10 to 14, from clubs across Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan and NWT. Skiers raced in three events: classic sprints, costumed club relays, and freestyle distance.

Our home team was made of XC Bragg Creek athletes from our cross country, biathlon, and recreational programs. Together, the 20 skiers took home 18 top-ten finishes!
