Springbank Heritage Club is a not-for-profit organization created for the benefit and enjoyment of senior citizens age 50+ in Springbank and surrounding communities. We are located at 244168 Range Road 33 and you can find us online at www.springbankheritageclub.com.

New members are always welcome! Ready to engage in old or new activities and meet some new friends? Each month members enjoy regularly scheduled activities as well as special events and outings – we even have our own bus to shuttle members to these off-site events!

The Tuesday morning singing group is looking for more singers to join in the fun! No experience needed. The singing group meets every Tuesday morning from 10:00 – 12:00pm.

Time to register for Spring Senior Fitness classes! Classes are low impact/ co-ed with a variety of exercises to increase muscular strength, range of movement, balance, and activities for daily living. Equipment is provided including weights (3, 5 and 8 lbs.), bands, and balls. Sign-up sheets for the 2026 Spring session are at the Springbank Heritage Club, or send an email plus e-transfer to springbankhc@ telus.net noting “Exercise”; member or non-member, and which days you willbe participating. There is no drop in or prorated fees. Fees must be paid before first day of class. Note you are only allowed to attend on the day/days of the week that you sign up for. Classes run for 11 weeks from 9:00am to 10:00am.

Mondays: April 13 – June 29 (no class May 18, Victoria Day)
Wednesdays: April 15 – June 24
Fridays: April 17 – June 26

1 day per week as registered: $78.00 for members | $88.00 for non-members

2 days per week as registered: $156.00 for members | $176.00 for non-members

3 days per week as registered: $234.00 for members | $264.00 for non-members

Upcoming Special Activities

Wednesday, April 8th at 7:00 pm – Trivia/ Name that Tune. Our professional host, Ryan, from “Out of Our Heads Productions”, will entertain us with three rounds of Trivia, and two rounds of Name That Tune. The cost is $10 per person, payable in cash at the door.
Thursday, April 9th from 7:00pm to 8:30pm – Pie and Presentation: Cochrane and Area Hospice Society. This will be an informative, engaging discussion about Advanced Care Planning.
Saturday, May 9th – Rosebud Theatre. Trip to Rosebud, Alberta for a Saturday matinee of “Hurry Hard”, a heartfelt comedy about love on the rocks and overcoming impossible odds. It promises to be a treat for curling fans who also enjoy live theatre.
