Hello and Happy Summer, Priddis!
We wanted to give you a brief update about what is going on around the hamlet this month. Be sure to follow us on social media so you don’t miss any information.
Stampede Breakfast – The 2024 Priddis Community Stampede Breakfast was a huge success with almost 600 people attending. This event would not have been possible without our volunteers and sponsors. We are already looking forward to next year’s breakfast!
Music in the Park – The PCA is thrilled to present an afternoon of live music at our gazebo in partnership with Cool Sax n Keys. This special event will take place on Sunday August 18 from 4-6pm. All PCA members are welcome to attend free of charge. Feel free to bring your own chair/ blanket, snacks and drinks to enjoy with the music.
Family Pickleball – Wondering what pickleball is all about? Want to introduce your kids to this fast growing sport? Join us on the court located at the community skating rink for a basic introduction to pickleball on Thursday August 22 from 1-2pm. Free for PCA members. Suitable for children aged 7 and up. Extra paddles and balls available.
Community Coffee Morning – Drop by the hall on Thursday August 22 from 10-11am for coffee and conversation. All PCA members are welcome to attend free of charge. If you are new to the community this is a great way to meet your neighbors and get answers to any questions that you may have.
Tennis/Pickleball Court Refurbishment Project – Our beautiful new courts are almost ready for play. Stay tuned for information about the grand opening. Thank you again to our wonderful sponsors. Without you this incredible community project would not have been possible.
Summer Camps – Looking for something fun for your child to do this month? Check out Rediscover Play’s summer camp located right here in Priddis. There are still a couple of spaces available for the August 19-23 session.

Yoga – Our popular yoga classes will be back in the Fall. Classes take place at the Priddis Hall from 7:30-8:30pm on Mondays and Thursdays. The next session will run from September 5- October 21. Keep an eye on our social media for registration details.
Priddis Panthers Hockey – We would like to extend a warm welcome to our new Panther’s coordinator, Jeff Young. Work is already happening behind the scenes in anticipation of the 2024/2025 hockey season.
