With our NAPA Auto Care endorsement, we are now able to offer a Roadside Assistance program for $29.99/6 months. This package includes coverage for towing, fluid delivery, lock out service, flat tire change and battery boost services.
We have partnered with a glass specialist to enable windshield replacement at our location which will include a free vehicle inspection & report with the replacement of the windshield. KAT Automotive has also purchased the professional equipment to perform windshield rock chip repairs.
KAT Automotive welcomes all new members to our community & we are glad to offer out of province vehicle inspections for registration of previous non-Alberta registered vehicles.
KAT Automotive would like to show our appreciation to our loyal customers with a buy 4 get 1 free oil change (excluding parts). Our oil change services include a comprehensive digital inspection with videos and photos, along with a breakdown of any items to be monitored, the priority of the concerned item, the cost of maintenance or repair and items which include any manufacturer’s recommendations. We feel that there should be no surprises and want to help you budget and prepare for the required maintenance, thus extending the life of your investment.
We often notice several areas of high wear on vehicles that lead to costly repairs and offer a variety of service packages to help reduce the labour cost of overlapping repairs. Additionally, there are many small item repairs provided at no cost while servicing your vehicle such as: air filter/ wiper blade/cabin air filter/headlight/ signal light bulb replacement and check engine light code.
The KAT Automotive team would like to remind you of our warranty on your vehicle repairs. Most repairs come with a 1-year warranty on labor and most parts we offer have a limited or lifetime warranty as long as you own the vehicle. Additionally, to basic warranty coverage, our NAPA Auto care offers nation-wide warranty coverage allowing warranty repairs to be performed by any NAPA Autocare or NAPA Auto-pro repair facility should you be out of the area.
The KAT Krew is excited to receive some new equipment expanding & improving the services we offer. We are upgrading our Wheel Alignment machine allowing us to perform wheel alignments on newer models of vehicles. With the installation of our 5th hoist in the shop, we are excited to be able to improve our completion time on your vehicle.
Finally, we are proud to be one of the first independent shops to service & repair R1234yf air conditioning systems found on many 2014 & newer vehicles.
