It’s not summer… yet. Soon… but not yet. One more month to keep the kids focused, one more month to hold out for those long summer nights. Let’s hit the ground running with our fun plans for the coming months.

Your BCCA starts it all up the week of June 10th:

  • June 10 – Coffee with a Cop – an Officer of the Cochrane RCMP will be here to chat from 10:00 to 11:00am. All welcome.
  • June 14 – Outdoor Movie Night PLUS Dance Party! (weather permitting) Watch for event details on our website and the Chamber Events Calendar.
  • June 15 – Kathleen Burk is sponsoring a Garage Sale! 9:00am to 2:00pm – come out and find some new treasures.
  • June 16 – Our Farmer’s Market kicks off on Father’s Day! It will runs every Sunday through to Sept 22nd, excepting July 21 (due to Bragg Creek Days Market on July 20). Stop by 10:00am till 3:00pm to enjoy the outdoor market with your neighbours and check out the local offerings of our area.
  • June 22 – Bragg Creek Clean Up! Grab your gloves and join your neighbours
    in cleaning up our streets. Meet at the Community Centre before 9am to pick up maps and bags. A BBQ lunch will be served for all volunteers from 11:00am – 1:00pm. Brought to you by the Bragg Creek Foundation.

• SAVE THE DATE! July 20th Bragg Creek Days will bring you our Famous Parade, Bustling Market, Lively Performance Stage, Relaxing Beer Gardens, and Fantastic Fun for Kids! Can’t Wait!

• Summer Camps – go to braggcreekca.com to register:

– Multi Sports Camps in Nature – Youths 5 to 12 yrs – July 2 to August 16

– 9:00 am to 3:00 pm – includes a special half day nature component.

– Multi Sports Camps in Nature – NEW Teen Camp for 12 – 18 yrs – July 8 to 12, and August 12 to 16 – 10:00 am to 3:00 pm – emphasis on nutrition, stretching, conditioning and strength.

– NEW – One Day Camps 9:00 am to 3:00 pm – more details coming soon.
