We are so happy to share that our year is off to a wonderful start! Our classrooms are buzzing with joy as all our students settle into routines, explore new ideas, and most importantly, build beautiful friendships together. Watching these connections blossom has been the highlight of our September!
Our families enjoyed a Welcome Back BBQ in September. It was a perfect evening to reconnect as a school community. A huge thank you to our incredible Parent Board, whose dedication and hard work made this celebration possible. We are so grateful!
We closed the evening with a special presentation by Indigenous Storyteller and Educator Chantal Chagnon in honour of the National Day of Truth and Reconciliation. Through drumming, songs, and storytelling, Chantal reminded us of all about the power of community, love, and respect.
As we welcome October, we’re filled with gratitude for this amazing community and the privilege of learning alongside our students each day. We’re looking forward to exploring themes of thankfulness while discovering the colours, changes, and wonders of autumn together!
