My name is Lynn and I have been a proud member of the Redwood Meadows community for over 4 years. Since 2015 I have owned and operated a pizza restaurant in Calgary and, in August 2025, I decided to expand my love of food and baking and opened my sourdough microbakery. I bake and sell sourdough bread, bagels, buns and pizza dough 7 days a week – it is my passion that I am grateful that I get to pursue every day. Every 2-pound plain sourdough loaf that I create contains just 3 ingredients: unbleached flour, sea salt and filtered water. No additives or preservatives – just simple ingredients that make delicious bread that is good for you, at a price that is affordable. I offer different styles of bread as well as numerous flavors and seasonal specials. New customers will receive a sample size of a flavored loaf with their first order.
