October is here! The season of crunchy leaves, pumpkin everything, and gathering with gratitude.
Here’s what’s cooking this month:
Membership Renewals & AGM – Oct 28
Don’t be a turkey – make sure your membership is renewed so you can join us at the Annual General Meeting (AGM). This is your chance to help “stuff ” the ballot box (with votes, of course!) and maybe even toss your hat into the ring for the Board. Fresh ideas and new faces are the secret ingredients that keep our Centre thriving. Contact president@ braggcreekca.com.
Fall Programs
From fitness to creativity to social fun, our fall programs are ripe for the picking. Try something new, bring a friend, and harvest some good times this season.
For families:
– Rumble & Roar – Thursdays – 9:30am-11:30am
– Baby & Me Yoga/ Fitness – coming soon!
For Kids & Youth:
– Springbank Dancers – Mondays – still space to join for 10-12 year olds!
– MultiSport Mashup – Tues & Thurs – 3:30pm-5:00pm
– PD Day Volleyball Skills Clinic – Sept 29 – 1:00pm-3:00pm – ages 9+
– Dungeons & Dragons – coming soon! – Seeking a youth Dungeon Master
For Adults:
– Pickleball – Mon & Wed 9am-11am, Tues & Thurs – 6:30-9pm
– Drop in Artsy Afternoon – Thursdays 1pm-4pm
– Dungeons & Dragons – currently full – Strength Training coming soon!
Save the Date: Spirit of Christmas – December 5–7
It may feel early, but the elves are already busy behind the scenes for our biggest holiday tradition! The Spirit of Christmas
Festival is back, and we’ll need the merriest volunteers, helpers, and holiday spirits of every kind to make the magic happen. Email info@braggcreekca.com to volunteer on our event planning committee and help us unwrap the magic together!
Gourds of Gratitude
A big thank you to the staff, volunteers, vendors, and shoppers who made our Farmers Market such a lively, welcoming place all summer long! Together, we created a harvest worth celebrating.
