The 45th annual Terry Fox Run is set for Sunday Sept 14 at Mitford Park in Cochrane. Registration will be open from 9am until 12:45, you can register there & then… but it is significantly easier to pre- register (easy) at terryfox.org.

Walk, wheel, jog, anything at the distance that is comfortable for each participant: 2, 5 or 10k.
