The PCA is excited to formally announce the resurfacing of our tennis courts and practice court, summer of 2024! After some hard work, we were fortunate enough to recently be awarded 2 major grants that helped propel us to our goal! A huge Thank You goes out to the following donors:
- The Government of Alberta’s “Community Facility Enhancement Program” $100,000 “matched” funds
- Daryl K. Seaman Canadian Hockey Fund at the Calgary Foundation $40,000
- Foothills County Local Recreation Board $39,500
- Scott Daniel Seaman Memorial Fund $15,000
- Spruce Meadows Leg Up Foundation $5,0000
- Priddis and area community members, whether it be monetary or through support of our fundraising events!
We’ll be working together with Tomko Sports Systems, Blatzie’s Excavating and Foothills County to complete this project. We anticipate a start date of mid-end June (weather dependent) with a duration of approximately 6 weeks. We’re so happy to finally execute this project for our community and thank you so much for your patience!
