DESCRIPTION:Beneath the Arch Concert series presents Scott Nolan\, an amazing storyteller and a man of many instruments on April 25 at the Flare and Derrick. The Arch’s annual bursary is also available to apply in April. This bursary enables young performing artists to enhance their experiences and skills.
